Directions Apply liberally, or as advised by your healthcare professional.

Spray as required onto muscles and joints and rub in. May be used pre and post exercise with up to 4 sprays onto affected areas or as advised by your healthcare professional.

Do not spray onto the face or broken skin.

Patch test prior to use. If tingling occurs, dilute with water prior to future application.
